These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Joaca Bine platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

About Joaca Bine

Joaca Bine is a free, ad-free platform for organising sports activities between users.

The platform is operated, on a non-commercial basis, by Rosu Mircea Ionut, Eugen Nicolae Nistoroiu and Mares Marinica.

Who can use the platform

To use Joaca Bine you must be at least 16 years old.

By creating an account you confirm that you meet this condition. If we find that an account belongs to a person who does not meet this requirement, we may suspend or delete it.

Using the platform

By using Joaca Bine you undertake:

• to provide accurate information when creating your account;
• to keep your sign-in details confidential;
• to use the platform in good faith and with respect towards other users;
• not to use the platform for illegal, fraudulent or abusive activities;
• not to attempt to compromise the operation or the security of the platform.

If you suspect that someone else has gained access to your account, please let us know as soon as possible.

Published content

You are responsible for the content you publish on the platform, including events, messages, images and other information.

You keep the rights over your content. By publishing it you grant us the right to store, process and display it within the platform, solely for the purpose of providing the service and only for as long as the content is available.

Content is not allowed if it:

• breaks the law or the rights of other people;
• is abusive, discriminatory, violent or harassing;
• contains spam, fraud or misleading information;
• affects the operation or the security of the platform.

Reporting and moderating content

If you come across content that breaches these terms or that you consider illegal, you can report it using the "Report" feature, through the Support section or at joacabine.ro@outlook.com.

We review every report and take the measures we consider necessary, in accordance with the applicable legislation. Moderation decisions are taken by people, not by automated means.

We may remove content, restrict certain features, or suspend or delete accounts when these terms are breached.

Where it is possible and the law provides for it, we will tell you the reason for the decision and how you can challenge it.

If we become aware of information indicating a criminal offence or a serious threat to a person's life or safety, we may inform the competent authorities, under the conditions provided by law.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Information about which data is deleted and which we are obliged to keep is available in the Privacy Policy.

Availability of the platform

We make every effort to keep Joaca Bine available and working properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of all errors.

We may change, suspend or temporarily interrupt certain features where this is necessary for maintenance, security or the development of the platform.

If the platform is shut down permanently, we will inform users in advance so that they can download the data available to them.

Limitation of liability

Joaca Bine provides a platform through which users can organise sports activities and interact with each other.

Taking part in events and interacting with other users happens at your own risk. We are not liable for the conduct of users, for how events unfold or for any damage resulting from interactions between them, within the limits provided by law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits the rights users have under the applicable legislation.

Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to the platform or to the legislation.

The applicable version is the one published on this page, together with the date of the last update. In the case of significant changes, users will be informed through the platform or by email, where necessary.

Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania.

Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Romania, without prejudice to the rights users have under the applicable legislation.
